About Me

I am a 28 year old newlywed with a stomach for good food, pretty designs, health fanatic and all things nerd. I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada and have an IT job by day and graphic design business by night. I love to blog, take photos and read. My family of three consists of my amazing husband, myself and my little girl kitty Tia. I started this blog up several months ago to describe my journey of becoming fit and fab for my wedding day. Well that day came on September 24th, 2011 and it was everything I had hoped for.

 I am now on a new journey of finding a path of health and happiness. I had struggled with weight issues for a short period, and since I started to repair some of my bad habits, I am now obsessed with all things health. I will continue to document this journey of a healthy lifestyle, both my success and struggles as I feel it's important to share. I am also on a path of getting my design business bigger and better. So many things happening and I can't wait!
